Case Update: - Lilian Ip has contributed to The Halsbury Laws of Hong Kong: Mental Health

We are delighted to announce that Ms Lilian Ip has authored the latest The Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong: Mental Health (Vol. 40) published by LexisNexis Butterworths. This is the second publication in addition to her contribution to Mental Health Ordinance (Cap. 136) of The Annotated Ordinances of Hong Kong (Hong Kong: LexisNexis Butterworths).

Lilian is actively developing a practice in Mental Health Law, in addition to her general civil and commercial practice. She is passionate about this area of law and has been counsel in a number of important recent decisions including Re HCFA [2022] 4 HKLRD 783 and Re LSW [2023] 3 HKLRD 1.
